[life][avalanche of stuff] So sorry! I suck so hard!

Sorry for unintentionally vanishing from LJ for two weeks. I AM A HORRIBLE PERSON!

But, I come baring excuses reasons!

☇ Right after I got back from my trip to D.C. (which was AMAZING) I got sick. Really, really sick. Missed a week and a half of school and three rounds of antibiotics sick. It was awful, but I did lose 5 pounds xD

☇ So I had a ton of make-up school work. That was also terrible.

☇ Speaking of School I have two take home tests this weekend and a test tomorrow at at school. Ack!

☇ Went a a Mr. T Party yesterday, which is basically a Tea Party where everyone dresses up like Mr. T and we watch a lot of the A-Team plus Mr. T's Be Somebody or Be Somebody's Fool, while drinking tea and eating scones with icing mohawks.

☇ To make my costume I went to Micheal's Craft Store to buy a lot of chains and feathers. The conversation with the cashier went like this:

Cashier: What are you making?
Me: A Mr. T costume.
Cashier: Why?
Me: What else would you wear to a Tea Party?
Cashier: o.O

☇ I'm so behind on everything! I need to read two weeks of manga chapters and watch two weeks worth of shows! (Plus do my homework)

☇ Obsessing over the Drive-by Truckers. Great band!

☇ Hopefully I'll be sticking around, no more mysteriously vanishing off the face of the earth.

Thanks! It did suck but I'm better now, and since the weather in Kentucky is finally getting nicer hopefully I won't get sick again.

I just read a couple of your White Collar fics. I neglected to comment, but I loved them! White Collar is such a fun series to watch! And it's so pretty! There is no way real New York City is that pretty.

Not that I mind it! I think I was going blind squinting at the dark screens in CSI. Seriously, there is no way they keep Crime Labs that dark.

My friend dared me to make a KHR/White Collar crossover, but I can't think of any way to do it without it being crack xD Maybe one day I'll manage it (or maybe I'll just write some crack, haha). Other than that I just don't write much for television series, probably because I don't usually watch the current season until weeks after the episodes air. I never have time for TV!

OMG. KHR/White Collar crossover?!?! That sounds...fabulous, actually. I'd love to help with that, or even write one myself *gets ideas now*

No actually I was totally like that when she first suggested it, but then I was all 'I must do this justice! So no half-assed shit!', but it seems like lately that's all I can do dies

I'd love to collab. though, if you want. I have a couple of ideas, but I always seem to devolve into mindless stupidity half-way through, or I try to make it too serious which isn't the point of either show.

I'd love to hear it (read it?). Good luck at your concert. (Do you say break a leg to musicians or just actors?)

I miss my writing too. I enjoyed it so much, but for a while there it felt like a chore.
